📝 Terms & Conditions

This is your contract with Nalayn Travels LLC (referred to as “The Company”).
The Company’s registered office address is:

By registering for any package with Nalayn Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in our agreement. These include, but are not limited to, policies regarding payment, cancellation, travel arrangements, responsibilities, and liability.

It is your responsibility to review all terms before completing your registration. Your registration confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions.

📌 General Conditions

  • Registration deadline for all Umrah packages is 15 days before departure date.
  • All Umrah packages are non-refundable. If a tourist or Umrah visa is rejected for any reason, the client is still responsible for full payment.
  • All prices, hotels, and services are subject to change and availability.
  • Packages are subject to travel mandates, restrictions, and regulations which may change at any time.
  • Hotel star ratings are per Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah standards.
  • If a listed hotel is unavailable, another hotel of similar standard will be arranged.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Thanksgiving, December), room conditions may vary. The Company is not liable for these differences.
  • Flight times and airports may change last minute. The Company is not responsible for such changes.
  • There may be COVID-19 related restrictions on hotel occupancy, ziyarat, entry to Haram, or multiple Umrahs. Proof of vaccination may be required.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.

⚠️ Responsibility and Liability

  • The Company is not responsible or liable for illness, injury, or death.
  • The Company is not liable if a trip is canceled due to low bookings.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any Umrah package. You will receive either a full refund or a similar alternative package (if available).
  • If you fail to make payment by the due date, your package may be canceled without refund or compensation.
  • No compensation will be offered for cancellations due to situations beyond the Company’s control.

🎫 Airline Ticket Rules

    • ✈️ All tickets are non-refundable
    • ✈️ Date change fee will apply plus fare difference if any.
    • ✈️ Agency will charge additional fee for any changes or refund of the ticket.
    • ✈️ Check-in time for all international flights are 3-5 hours prior to flight
      ✈️ International travel requires valid passport for 6 months from date of traveling.
      ✈️ flight departure for all international flights.
      ✈️ Bookings require correct name and order as per passport.
